Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable. For hygiene reasons, Yoga Socks must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a non-defective return.
For non-defective returns, including size issues, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Lirayoga does not charge a restocking fee.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lirayoga.com with your order number, photos or videos of the item, and photos of the package and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, return label, or another suitable solution.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
