What does Lirayoga sell?

Lirayoga sells yoga and activewear products, including Yoga Pants, Sports Bras, Yoga Sets, Yoga Socks, and Headbands. Our products are selected for yoga, Pilates, light training, studio practice, lounging, and everyday activewear styling.

Where does Lirayoga ship?

Lirayoga offers worldwide Standard Shipping to supported countries and regions. Shipping availability may vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout. We do not ship to countries, regions, individuals, entities, or addresses restricted by international sanctions, applicable laws, customs restrictions, or carrier limitations.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping cost is based on the order value and applies worldwide. Orders under USD $50.00 are charged a Standard Shipping fee of USD $8.99. Orders of USD $50.00 or above qualify for Free Standard Shipping. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How long does order processing and delivery take?

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

North America orders usually require 1–3 business days for processing and 7–10 business days for delivery after shipment. Europe orders usually require 4–5 business days for processing and 12–14 business days for delivery after shipment. Other supported regions usually require 1–3 business days for processing and 15–17 business days for delivery after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. All orders include a valid online tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the tracking number has been issued.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request to change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@lirayoga.com with your order number and request details. Once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel the order or change the shipping address.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@lirayoga.com. We can only update the address before the order has shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee of USD $8.99 may apply.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to product availability. Exchanges may be requested for size preference, color preference, or if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. For non-defective exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lirayoga.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos or videos of the item received, and photos of the package and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, return label, or another suitable solution.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. After Lirayoga processes the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through our secure checkout system and authorized payment providers. Lirayoga does not store full credit card numbers, card security codes, payment passwords, or banking passwords on our website. The final order total is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Are taxes, duties, or import fees included?

Product prices and shipping fees shown at checkout include taxes collected by Lirayoga where applicable. For international shipments, customs procedures, import regulations, duties, taxes, and carrier-related fees may vary by country or region. If any local customs duties, import taxes, or carrier-related fees are required by local authorities or carriers, customers may be responsible for those charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
