Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Lirayoga. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, defective items, missing items, and incorrect items are handled when you purchase from Lirayoga.

02   Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

The delivery date is based on the delivery confirmation shown by the tracking information.

03   Eligible Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The item has no stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear.
  • The item includes original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging where applicable.
  • The item is returned with proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email.

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may not qualify for a full refund.

04   Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or stained after delivery.
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging where applicable.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards, if offered.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without contacting us first.

For hygiene reasons, Yoga Socks must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a non-defective return.

05   How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at: info@lirayoga.com

Please include the following in your return request:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete

Please do not send any item back before your return request has been reviewed and approved.

06   Return Shipping Address

Approved returns may be sent to the following address unless we provide a different address in your return instructions:

Please include your order number inside the return package. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed or rejected.

07   Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns (size issues, color preference, buyer's remorse, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Lirayoga does not provide a prepaid return label for non-defective returns.

For approved damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item cases, Lirayoga will provide a suitable solution, which may include a prepaid return label, replacement shipment, or refund.

Lirayoga does not charge a restocking fee.

08   Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection and approval.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item caused by Lirayoga.

09   Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to product availability.

For non-defective exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the requested replacement is out of stock, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

For damaged, defective, or wrong item exchanges, Lirayoga will review and provide a suitable solution.

10   Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@lirayoga.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the item received
  • Photos of the package and shipping label

Please do not discard the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

11   Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund, please first check your bank account, card statement, or payment provider account.

Then contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take additional time before the refund is posted.

12   Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at: info@lirayoga.com

Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.

13   Refused Packages and Failed Delivery

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or related costs.

If the package is not returned to us or is disposed of by the carrier, Lirayoga may not be responsible for the loss if caused by refusal, failure to collect, or incorrect shipping information.

14   International Returns

International customers may request returns under the same 30-day return window and eligibility conditions.

For non-defective international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs documents, duties, import taxes, and carrier fees.

For approved damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item cases, Lirayoga will review and provide a suitable solution.

15   Policy Updates

Lirayoga may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
